Andrew William Weaver is a screenwriter of character-driven horror and dark comedy features. His scripts mix high-concept dread with tales of obsession, secrecy, and survival. He has won and placed highly in numerous competitions, including the Final Draft Big Break Screenwriting Contest (2025 Top 10), the WeScreenplay Script Lab (2024 Winner), and the Vail Film Festival Screenplay Competition (2024 Winner). He studied creative writing at Middlebury College and worked for many years as a journalist.
