Andrew William Weaver is a screenwriter of character-driven horror and dark comedy features that mix high-concept dread with tales of obsession, secrecy, and survival. His work has been recognized by several major competitions and labs, including The Black List (2026 Top Scripts Ranking), the Final Draft Big Break Screenwriting Contest (2025 Top 10), the WeScreenplay Script Lab (2024 Winner), and the Vail Film Festival Screenplay Competition (2024 Winner). He studied writing at Middlebury College and worked for many years as a journalist.
